Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. **By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.**
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) harassing, threatening, or defaming any person; (ii) posting any content that is illegal, obscene, pornographic, or otherwise offensive; (iii) using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law; (iv) impersonating another person or entity.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other users.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
TECH EASY IT LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements or expectations.
**IN NO EVENT SHALL TECH EASY IT LLC, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.**
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. You understand that TECH EASY IT LLC does not conduct criminal background checks on its users. We make no representations or warranties as to the conduct of users. In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the last 12 months.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TECH EASY IT LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password, or b) a breach of these Terms.

You and TECH EASY IT LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof or the use of the Service (collectively, “Disputes”) will be resolved by **binding arbitration**, except that each party retains the right to bring an individual action in small claims court.
**You and TECH EASY IT LLC are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.**
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TECH EASY IT LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
